Had a bit of a bazzie on yesterday about teenage gits and nerdowells, spat my dummy out and got on my soap-box, to anyone who read that now deleted entry what can I say but,WHOOPS. I'll try not to let things get the better of me in future, can't promise mind.
Had nephew around today so we went to the shops, not a very interesting day for a 15(16) year old lad you may think, but I think he derived some entertainment value from the fact that anyone who like myself has size 13 (UK size) feet is considered a freak by footwear manufactures and we are limited in amount and style of the things and have to order them special like. We visited half a dozen shoe shops only to be told by all of them that their stock didn't go up to a size 13, all very depressing.
So to console myself and to add a bit of cheer to a young lads boring day with his mad uncle, I got us both one of these each, his one is for his birthday next week.
Not the player in the middle we both have one of those each already, although mine (pictured) is a 8Gb photo, while nephew's is the 6Gb monochrome version. Anyway we both hate the fact that there is hardly any additional stuff to get for the creative labs mp3 players compared to the massive amounts available to the many, and inferior, i-pods.
This dock however has us both gobsmacked, the sound quality of this little fella is outstanding, it comes with a remote control too, which looks v sexy. It can connect any of the others out there but is at its best with zen micro, oh and the transformer has an interchangable bit that will allow you to use it in the UK and Europe, cool.
Nephew is playing need for speed rivals on my psp (the white one, black is at work), has been for hours (1.5) and then complained of a stiff neck, well Duhhh!! So he's had a two minute break to get a drink of apple tango and is now back in the fray, kids eh.
Oh and we had a late lunch made up of everything a growing lad needs, two onion bhargies(spelling) and two quorn sweet chillie sausage butties, washed down with ice cold apple tango, marvelous. Don't know what to do for evening meal, they're all such fussy eaters.
