Wanted to find out what an Icarus was and so googled the word.
Lots of results, as you'd expect. Once I scrolled down past all the scientific and mythology results I found the wool section and this link.

It put a smile on my face and I found out what the shawl looks like on, as opposed to sitting in a heap on a table.

I'm so pleased you enjoyed the post. Be sure to look around for a shawl that is already blocked. (You might google the knit along or "KAL" for Icarus to see a whole assortment of really gorgeous shawls.) You can see my shawl all blocked out at http://thepurloinedletter.blogspot.com/2006/08/icarus-flies-free.html. Thanks for visiting.
Ed! Seriously, you're so great and I totally adore you. I'll be sure to take pictures when mine is done. And not only because it's my tattoo-covering device for my wedding day.
Yay! You're awesome.
I live for such praise.
